What is semi-private training?

Semi-private training is small-group coaching (typically 2–5 people) where each person follows a personalized program while receiving hands-on coaching, guidance, and accountability.

Is this a class or a bootcamp?

No. This is coached training — not a class. Workouts are structured, individualized, and led by a coach, not shouted instructions or random circuits.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

Not at all. Programs are scaled to your current fitness level, experience, and goals. Many clients start with little or no prior training experience.

How is this different from one-on-one training?

Semi-private training offers the structure and coaching of personal training with added accountability and a lower cost than traditional 1-on-1 sessions.

Where are sessions held?

All sessions take place at the gym. You’ll receive exact location details after booking your free tour.

Is nutrition included?

You’ll receive nutrition guidance and support to complement your training, but this is not a strict meal-plan-only program.
